Why I Started This...
Just Bathrooms is one of the 'specialist' companies under the JHP Group (UK) Ltd umbrella
The company was formed directly as a result of my own 'home improvement' calamities & frustrations but also because of my 35 year career in Marketing & Business
I knew my knowledge & experience would be a great foundation, for building a successful company, that puts you, the client at the forefront of everything we do and ensures the highest of standards at all times (both from a workmanship perspective, and also the client experience)
My objective from day one, was to address the key problems most clients face, when working with the Trades
Things like slow response times, poor communication, unreliable timekeeping, no follow-up etc
I knew homeowners wanted more and that they deserved more so my quest was to create something different
Something whereby we could provide a 'Premium' service, throughout the entire journey, from initial contact all the way through to job delight
Bathroom renovations are a solution we regularly get asked for, and so 'Just Bathrooms' was born
But I had a problem, because although I have extensive business & Marketing acumen, I have zero skills 'on the tools'
So I needed someone who I could trust 100% but who also had the knowledge, experience and proven track record for transforming bathrooms to the very highest standards...

Josh has been Plumbing since he left school almost 10 years ago and during that time, has renovated well over 50 bathrooms
The endless testimonials and positive reviews serve as proof, that he is a master of his craft, when it comes to outstanding bathroom renovations
But it goes way beyond that because like me, he also really cares about every project he works on, and the people he's working for

"Our bathroom was so outdated, it started to become embarrassing so something had to be done but we didn't really know what we wanted so spoke to a few people, asking if anyone knew of a Plumber who did bathrooms
Several one man bands were suggested but we weren't 100% but then a friend said they'd had theirs done by Just Bathrooms and that they were delighted with it, so we reached out
That was probably the best introduction we've ever had
From our first contact, they were professional, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. They even helped us out with the design which was a real bonus, given we had no idea where to start
Anyway, the final result is even better than we could have imagined and we cannot recommend those guys enough
If you want a proper bathroom company, not just a standard plumber who does bathrooms, then you have to consider them. You pay a bit more but it's worth every penny
The whole experience was very different from anything we've received before when doing home improvements
